These terms govern your use of domainmatch, a service operated by Emailmovers Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using domainmatch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
domainmatch lets a signed-in user upload a list of UK company names or domains and receive back the matched other side (a domain for a company name, or a company name and city for a domain), matched against Emailmovers' own UK business database. There are two upload paths: a quick match for up to 200 rows, pasted or as a CSV, processed straight away, and a larger background job for up to 150,000 rows, CSV only, which processes in the background and emails you when it is done.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis, and match coverage is not guaranteed. Our database is extensive but not exhaustive, and matching company names and domains is inherently imperfect. We do not promise that any given upload will achieve a particular match rate, or that any specific row will be matched at all. You should not rely on domainmatch as your sole source of truth for a business-critical decision.
domainmatch accounts are personal accounts, intended for use by one individual. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

domainmatch offers a free tier with a monthly row allowance, and paid tiers that unlock higher allowances. We use Stripe to process payments; we do not store your card details ourselves.
If a job you want to run would exceed your current plan's monthly allowance, you may need to upgrade before running it. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier and its allowance. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
We and our licensors own all rights in domainmatch, including the underlying software and the business database used for matching. You retain ownership of the files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us permission to process it solely in order to provide the matching service and your results to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, domainmatch is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions made in reliance on match results, including incomplete or missing matches, or for any indirect, special or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using domainmatch and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or where we reasonably need to for security, legal or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice first.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use domainmatch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
