This page explains the cookies domainmatch uses. domainmatch is operated by Emailmovers Limited.

Strictly necessary cookies

domainmatch sets one strictly necessary cookie: a session cookie used to keep you signed in once you have logged in. This cookie cannot be switched off, and under UK privacy law (PECR) it is exempt from cookie consent requirements because without it you could not stay signed in to use the service.

  • What it does: identifies you as signed in so you can access your account and your match jobs.
  • Type: strictly necessary, session-based.
  • Third party? No, it is set by domainmatch itself (via our authentication provider, Supabase).

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how domainmatch is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly how many people use the service. This sets cookies that let Google Analytics recognise your browser across a visit.

  • What it does: counts visits and page views; does not identify you personally.
  • Type: non-essential, analytics.
  • Third party? Yes, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited).
  • When it runs:only after you actively accept it in the cookie banner. If you reject or ignore the banner, this tag does not load and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time using the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Advertising cookies (only with your consent)

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the results of our advertising and to build audiences of people who have visited domainmatch. We may use those audiences to show ads for domainmatch and for other related products and services operated by Emailmovers Limited, on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. This sets cookies that let Meta recognise your browser.

  • What it does: records that you visited, signed up, or subscribed, so we can measure which ads work and show relevant ads to similar people.
  • Type: non-essential, advertising and retargeting.
  • Third party? Yes, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
  • When it runs:only after you actively accept it in the cookie banner. If you reject or ignore the banner, this tag does not load and no advertising cookie is set. We also send a limited server-side confirmation to Meta when a subscription is paid, again only where consent has been given. You can change your choice at any time using the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer.
